    fzr600r manual

Go on e-bay and get a disc that is in pdf, It is the manual that the mechanics use, I have an '05 FZ6 and just got a disc for under $10, It is awesome.

    FZ6 Exhaust ?

I just installed Scorpion pipes (carbon fibre) and they sound and look great.
  3. Hi Andy, I have a 2005 FZ6, I have put on 20,000Kms and counting in 18 months and this bike is awesome.......seating position is comfortable.......Yamaha says this bike is not for the novice and I would agree that it does have alot of power but once you get used to it you will enjoy, It can be a bike you will keep for a long time and not get bored with as the power is there if you want it, factory suspension is a bit soft so you may have to adjust the rear shock like I did....depending on your cornering ability? I haven't ridden the Kawi but have read alot and the FZ6 is by far a better bike in my opinion. Good Luck on your course.....definitly a good idea!!

    FZ6 Accessories

I bought the soft seat bag that is offered on the yamaha web site and it works well but the top portion faded very badly over time and now doesn't look all that great...........also the engine guard not only looks good but works well as I found out but cannot be used in conjunction with the under cowelling..........I have 20,000kms on my bike now and still love it like I just got it...............safe riding!
  5. I have recently put on Scorpion pipes on my '05 FZ6(they sound and perform amazing), but I have also started to notice that the engine is cutting out when I come to a stop after an extended highway drive, I have been running it on 87 octane since I got it a year and a half ago and have put on nearly 20,000 kms without any problems prior to this, one suggestion was that the octane level should be above 87? Anyone have any suggestions or similiar problems?
