went to castle coombe it was absolutley fucking brilliant seen a subaru impreza p1 write his car by showing off, a honda crx that thrashed 5 skylines and a evo dont know what was under the bonnet but it was rapid and richard let me drive his pulsar on the track cam 3rd against 3 skylines 3 scoobys 3 evo 8 fq 360s 2 supras and a lancia delta hf turbo and really surprised myself that i didnt lose it once on any of the corners i took the hair pin at just under a ton but it helps thats its light 4 wheel drive with 17 inch alloys and coilovers scary but fun got some photos i will put them on soon

i seen some lad on a cr 80 big wheel the other day and jesus that was one rapid bike he was on the back wheel realy going for it it kinda pissed me off that the lad on the bike was about 11 and he was 20 times better than il ever be on motorbikes the little bugger

i remember some saying that dt stands for dual trial and xt stand for xtreme tour dont hold me to that though

i do like xts very much i used to have a off road xt 350 it turned out it is basically a beefed up dt with a 4stroke 350 lump squeezed in there the wheels brakes forks seat etc etc are all dt im not sure about the 600 though fair play pete maybe one day i could afford one

when i had my old 76 xl 250 i sprayed it and done some bits and bobs to it then put it back together then went over the old airport i was botting it across the feild when i hit a bump and the silly twat i am accidentley forgot to bolt the seat back down secureley so me and the seat flew up in the air the bike just carried on going it was so embarrasing then 2 months later i done a jump on my kdx 175 and fell off mid air and believe it or not i landed on my feet and didnt have a scratch on me it still scared me enough to not do it again :oops:

1 pete its not how big or fast it is its how you drive it and i would treasure it and 2 ive driven bikes more than twice the size ie xjr 1200 and that xs 750 chop hardtail and if i had a xt 500 it would be for me to use in the summer and only for shows

you are talking about the power valve which is situated on the barrel just where the exhaust is attached on either side of the barrel there is two round covers well take the left hand one off and remove the front pipe of the exhaust to make it easier then look up into barrel through exhaust port and turn power valve until it is totally clear then pin the valve in the wide open position then put it all back together and have fun

if u have seen one once u will never forget it
