  1. i agree with yoda ,the fine dust will do more damage than the stone's, as well as flushing you could tape off one hole tape an air line to another and give it a blow through (out doors as fumes could be tricky!!!)
  2. MAD ! ive seen similar stuff used to repair heavy plant (dumpers ect) but none thats rated for high speeed!!!!

    FZ1

Cheer's mate , iv'e always liked modifying mi bikes unfortunatly my hand was forced this time. I ignored a tight link for a week and payed the price with a snapped chain .Lesson learn't iv'e just bought a 5vy r1 engine so when iv'e sorrted some runnin gear for it there'l be a few more changes. (probabli ova da winta) I hope ya mate makes a good job on yours and gets it like ya want!
  16. I recently fitted an old micron can off my exup 1000 to my fz1 ,after a bit of running i checked the coulor of my spark plug . everything OK bike felt a bit flat in the mid range .I decided to chop exup valve of standerd can and fitted it to my micron. (something i did to my Fzr with great effect)after a good run checked plugs again, spot on . only differance with the valve seems to be slightly more top end . ihope this might help ive been taught to believe that whatever you change or alter be it filters jets or whatever KEEP A GOOD EYE ON YER SPARK PLUGS!
