Found this Courtesy of RDeesa ..... Even my wife (being a Nurse) gotta kick out of it. A mechanic was removing a cylinder head from the motor of a motorcycle when he spotted a well known heart surgeon in his shop. The surgeon was there waiting for the service manager to come take a look at his bike. The mechanic shouted across the garage, "Hey Doc, can I ask you a question?" The surgeon, a bit surprised, walked over to the mechanic working on the motorcycle. The mechanic straightened up, wiped his hands on a rag and asked, "So, Doc, look at this engine. I open its heart, take valves out, fix'em, put 'em back in and when I finish, it works j…

yesterday I was for a trip on peak district and when I come back I leave the bike on the drive way. that was at 7 PM... at 11 PM I go to park the bike in garage and surprise... the handlebars was in not correct position.. also a footprint on the seat... the f morons was trying to broke the imobilizer and bend the handlebars risers.. and that was between 9-10 PM I think. the alarm don`t was full armed so I don`t hear anything but I guess they give up after several attempts. i`m going today on my mechanic to see if is anything else broken, I hope the handlebars are ok.

A builder and his apprentice on a building site are argueing about how much you can carry in a wheelbarrow. The old guy starts to get fed up with it and says to the younger guy, "Right a months wages! , i bet i can carry something across the site in the wheelbarrow that you can't" The young wipper snapper jumps at the 'easy' money, "you've got a bet old timer, i can lift far more for far longer than you ever can". So they shake on the bet to make it official then the old guy looks at him with a thin smile, "go on then get in......" I'm normally far too late with gags i seem to be the last person to hear them but this h…

Just finished making this for her first birthday, it's not until August but wanted to make use of the crap winter weather.. Although the design is mostly mine, I did pinch the idea from a Canadian web site and used his method of putting it togerther but of course I had to make it as a v twin. It's made from 3 sheets of 2' X 4' plywood cut out with a router and then glued/pinned/screwed/dowelled together, the forks are made out of a bit of scrap 2" X 4".that I shaped with my router and a home made jig and the headlight is made from a wood furniture foot bought from the bay of fleas. I must say that I am quite pleased with it and hope that she will enjoy p…

found this on the Aleks site is is a photo of a horrible highway accident in Germany. The picture may be kind of hard to take for some of you. If you look closely you can see what appear to be some survivors of the accident still in the wreckage. Although the picture is quite graphic, it makes you realize how quickly our loved ones can be taken from us. My friend stayed on the scene to help and even though he performed mouth to mouth on quite a few of them, most did not survive. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

last night of our last holiday together, my soon to be ex-wife and I splashed out and booked a table at a top Michelin-starred restaurant in Cap d'Ail, Monaco. During the meal, I accidentally dropped my fork on the floor. It had barely landed when an attendant waiter gracefully picked it up and replaced it with a shiny clean new one. Amazed at the level of service, I deliberately dropped my napkin on the floor. Once again, the waiter retrieved it and replaced it with a crisply laundered, whiter-than-white new one. So I leaned over, pushed the wife off her chair and waited........

okay, so i work in alaska at a mine. Greenpeace's ship is coming to SE alaska (actually they are delayed in ketchican for not having proper permits and a slewfull of other things by the coast guard yay coasties!) so they are coming to the island i work on to protest (probably for the forest, but they threaten to protest our mine). now i am curious, green peace says logging, oil, mining, living, etc. is bad, yeeettttt, they sail a ship up from los angeles (and they go all over the world) that probably runs off of... oil, yes oil! so they burn a couple hundred thousand if not a million gallons of oil per year probably in their protests... they print pamphlets on... pa…

Grumpy The seven dwarfs go to the Vatican , and because they are the seven dwarfs, they are immediately ushered in to see the Pope. Grumpy leads the pack. 'Grumpy, my son,' says the Pope, 'What can I do for you?' Grumpy asks, 'Excuse me your Excellency, but are there any dwarf nuns in Rome?' The Pope wrinkles his brow at the odd question, thinks for a moment and answers, 'No, Grumpy, there are no dwarf nuns in Rome.' In the background, a few of the dwarfs start giggling. Grumpy turns around and glares, silencing them. Grumpy turns back, 'Your Worship, are there any dwarf nuns in all of Euro…

So got the bike up and running yesterday. Went to go start her up today and she was ticking over fine.. Rolled her out the garage door (rear first) and she started revving real high on her own so I thought right okay, must have a carb/air filter problem but then rollled her back in and she starts ticking over normally again? I did the same thing several times with different time gaps but every time as soon as the bike comes out of the shade, revvs like hell?! Any suggestions?
