always best to visit the chromers, although I had chrome restoration services in brum do a down pipe that was pretty rough. they charged me £60 about 6 years ago and was pefect (still is) hope you have lots of patience and money, that project gonna cost. mine was over £2k 7 years ago!!

nah, its not limp, the camcorder cut the sound down, its really loud. its not a shorter wheel base, i used longer front forks and jacked up the rear, which makes it look so! rides really well, i was taking them corners around 60! it very light compared to a standard xs ( just an engine really) the lights work well for only 35watts!

15th december 1971 all 16 year olds had to ride a moped, ie with pedals

the gov, now class any 49cc bike as a Moped, bit like your tappets Fs1-e started as F5B

found it Up to 14th December 1971, a 16 year old could ride a motor cycle on L-plates up to 250cc solo, or unlimited capacity with a sidecar

tried Paul, they only say a moped has pedals pre 1977! nothing pre moped! I thought '73 ish too

i was being pedantic, but that's how I am with engines! I always adjust the valve clearances not the tappets

probably needs the float needles and associated parts

no that's rocker arm adjustment for valves, tappets are these or can be mushroom shaped
