Grouch where you at in Bradford as most of the time I am in BD5 (Odsal area). Can do most things, and have a fair amount of tools (3 more toolboxes than the missus said i was allowed). Stumped when it comes to fully butchered electrics, but standard things like engine lifts and splits I'm happy to take a crack at...... though normally pull in my father in law for the gearbox side of things haha.

Personally I normally wear my 2 piece Berik "power ranger" suite, but have waterproof out layers I can jump into. As the leathers are "breathable" then you dont often cook yourself. But for around the £50 mark I would be looking at a lightweigh Cordura jacket (Swift) and possibly some armoured jeans to go with it.

Hi People, Just a quick note to say hi from the Leeds/Bradford area. A little about myself... hmmm.... where to begin. First started riding on a Matchless 250, moved onto a Tiger Cub. Graduated to slightly newer bikes in the guise of the Suzuki GZ125, then jumped to the Kawasaki ZX750RR and onto the weird 16" wheeled CBR900RR. Currently riding my first Yam, which happens to be a '91 FZR600 Genesis (none exup), which has been a pet project for me for the past 5 years... yes, that is how long it has taken me to rebuild it from the ground up. It still looks like a shed, and in truth it has been down the road a few times, as it is an ex-track only bike. But now it has been given a new lease of life and back on the roads.
