    Finally I passed!

Never had no Mod 1 & 2 in my time...there was just an examiner hiding around corners and ticking boxes on a clipboard hehehe. Big congratz on the pass!
  4. I have Silvertail pipes on my 1100 drag Bomber....and I luv 'em, well recommended. Welcome to the YOC!
  5. Spare wires probably won't solve your problem here...if you think the problem has to do with wiring then fit a new loom and take matters from there.
  6. Howdy doody and welcome.
  7. For surface rust on chrome I use tin foil and spit (saliva), it sounds pretty gross but trust me it works a treat. Once it's all nice and shiny again I give the chrome a very thin coating with vaseline (not on the exhausts of course) if I'm going to ride in wet conditions,,,just make sure it's washed and polished once a week and things should be ok ........what I find to be even better than tin foil is "silver paper", the most effective being the interior wrapping found in cigarette packets, but only the silver wrapping, not the gold (doesn't work at all)!
  8. Looks like a great project! ...I favour the first post by oldbikerehab, it would make a NICE cafe cruiser!
  9. Am jealous (this weather s*cks)...so hey, enjoy! (if you can)
  10. Welcome to the forum (I'm new here myself)....and as for the new bike, all I can say is a big NICE!

I'd be sorely tempted to replace as many engine components as I could afford to on this, and well worth it too...it could be a combination of probs,. Wot a project of the heart tho'!!
  12. Hello and welcome, James.... Nice bike
