pretty sure the metal piece is for when draining the engine oil. it stops the oil from goin on the exhaust.

yep, yzf- r125 08 plate, i have bought a tatty bike for pretty cheap and there are wire tucked up that i dont know were they go and so on, so hoping there is a haynes manual to help me put it back together.

at first i thought you were being sarcastic and taking the mick when i read this (didnt realise yamagod was a member ) so sorry for jumping to conclusions and thanx for the help, guess im just used to some less helpfull forums.

does anyone know if there is a haynes manual available for the r125. looked in my local halfords the other day and couldnt find one. would be handy to have.
