hey folks, I've been reading up on rubber and there are so many choices that its almost impossible to narrow anything down. Maybe you folks with Seca's and Diversions can help me out. I do a lot of touring in the area (San Diego) and of course the bike is my transportation to and from work. I need something that a little sticky, but wears well. What do you recommend, what have you used, what do you abhor? Thanks ahead of time.

I've got an XJ6fa as well, it's my first big bike. I had a 50cc scooter before, so the motorcycle world was really new to me. I'd bought it new in April this year and iv clocked 3000 miles so far, I seen to can't get enough of it. It's a bike I really love, perfect for newbies like me. It also has a nice design =) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Error code ER_1 and shows temperature and engine warning lights! The speedo doesn't change from 0 while riding aswell since this code has shown up. Hi I have just (2 weeks ago) bought a new xj6 2009 . I am experiencing a noise from the front end at around 40 -60 mph. its a sort of rushing sound like air whistling . I have returned to the dealer who say its tyre related resonating up through the front fender. The bike has only done 400 miles and is on BT 021s . Has anyone else had this problem as im unsure about the dealers diagnosis being correct . All help and/or comments appreciated...

Hello everyone, First post so go easy. I've been fortunate enough to acquire some genuine Yamaha LED indicators for my new XJ6 Diversion. Installing the rear ones seems pretty straight forward. When it comes to the front ones however, I was wondering how easy it is to get access to them. Or do I need to remove the front fairing? Lets hope the snow buggers off soon....

Hey. I have just bought a 95' xjr400, all was ok but the other day one of the cylinders seemed to be cutting in and out, that has now stopped, but today my friend was following behind and he said there was a real stink of burning oil and alot of blue smoke. Befor I bought the bike it had basacily been sitting for a year and a half, iv had it just over a week now. What do you lot think could be wrong, maby a a stuck or broken piston ring? Cheers for any help.
