My daughter is 16 in feb and wants to do her cbt on her birthday!! i am paying for that and my dad is buying her bike. dilema- i want her to ride a geared bike like i did not one of these f***g scooters...and so does she. However im not sure how easy it is to get hold of one how much they are or how easy they are to get parts for. So do i get a geared bike....or a sc****ter for her just to get some road sence before she moves onto a bigger bike??

I attended my 1st trackday yesterday at Snetterton (UK)! despite it being VERY windy and gloomy all day (although the rain held off until about 3pm) i had an awsome time and learnt alot about my riding techniques Roll on the better weather, i'll definately be going back and i recommend it to anyone who hasnt tried it before, brilliant day! Just one picture of mine and mates bikes lined up but there was a photographer there on the day and am just awaiting the pics to be uploaded then ill get some up. Despite my mates riding H*ndas ( ) 1 being a 'blade and another a 600RR they both admitted to my R6 being a complete "missle"

Two aliens landed in the Arizona desert near a gas station that was closed for the night. They approached one of the gas pumps and the younger alien addressed it saying, 'Greetings, Earthling. We come in peace. Take us to your leader.' The gas pump, of course, didn't respond. The younger alien became angry at the lack of response. The older alien said, 'I'd calm down if I were you.' The younger alien ignored the warning and repeated his greeting. Again, there was no response. Annoyed by what he perceived to be the pump's haughty attitude, he drew his ray gun and said impatiently, 'Greetings, Earthling. We come in peace. Do not ignore us this way! Take…

Weather not so good, but was at least cool. Some RD350`s..GT750`s and Aprilias..among others. Camera bike is an RDLC. Pity the RD500`s didn't come with this time. Hope you enjoy.

Hi, Ive nearly drained my last tank of 2 stroke oil and i were wandering what is everyone elses first choice in 2 stroke oil ? Im in need of some as soon as possible so if people could give me a few examples of decent oils that will look after the engine and some that are well worth the cost for what you get amount wise that would be amazing, Thanks in advance; Joshua .C.

Just bought myself an RG250 Gamma: looks a but scruffy, but feels as tight as a post christmas waist band. Can't wait to get out on it - i'd forgotten how smooth multicylinder 2 strokes were (last one I had was a 350 YPVS, which i sold in 2000). Will put new plugs in and change the gearbox oil - anything else i need to remember.

  17. Hi guys, As some of you will know I picked up my new and first bike the other day. I have a lots of words for this bike, but one comes to mind...amazing! I've done around 250 miles over the weekend all on A/B roads, countryside and town and have to say as per the short test ride the weekend before on the demo I have found this bike amazingly easy to ride. I'm 42, 6'1 (183cm) 80kg/just under 13 stone, have slightly shorter legs then average, size 9.5/44 feet ... funny to put all this but I point this out as I really struggled to get comfortable on most sports bikes I tried! Some of this though would be down to new boots and leathers. …

Can anyone suggest anywhere (Im in Nottingham) I can get some decals from for my bike? I have got the "YAMAHA" and "R6" ones sourced, but cant find any for the seat cowling (the "swoosh" that goes from the seat backwards) as seen on this picture; I am getting quite a lot of paintwork done, and need replacement decals. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
