  1. Might be the crank seal on the clutch side thats gone though, can you smell gasoline at the engine oil filler?

  9. It would be a good idea to count the teeth you have (not yours) right now,,,how can you make a decision until you know this?
  10. 2 more teeth equates to 14% increase in top speed and of course with a little 125 you will notice a bit less pulling power, it should go behind the casing ok though but you may struggle against a headwind / hill etc, or you could play safe and go for just 1 tooth more than you have right now...It's your call really
  11. so is that just one more tooth? if so it wont make too much difference, and you can use the same length chain as you are right now, It's prbably a good idea anyhow living in Norfolk...seeing as it's all flat keep it lubed though or it might break again!

  15. Sponge filters are normally slightly oiled from what I've seen, could it be just 'old' and needing a replacement?
  16. Having the oil vapour fed back into the engine to be burned is obviously the more ecologically friendly way, this is the case of all bikes in Europe

  18. the button is part of the left switchgear isnt it? I dont think you can buy just the button you need to look out for left switchgear for your bike

Blimey what a fantastic Xmas Numan, the bike looks spot on in black, You're really gonna look look the part in the open face lid in the TS, I expect to see it at squires next year, I keep mulling over getting one myself but not sure about the goggles with wearing glasses ! I got me a Belstaff wax cotton jacket (old one) its not a trialmaster though but It's very nice all the same...

Under the circumstances ...If it cant be re-bored because it's coated the cheapest option if the bore is good would be to only replace the piston, small end bearing and rings Why not have a chat with these guys about it?
