  1. no you wont see it, it may be leaking into the cylinder bore! did you make sure both gasket faces were nice and clean before re-assembly? did you fit a genuine yamaha head gasket? did you fit the gasket the right way up...see the 'UP' tab is there any possibility the head is warped? did you torque down all the head securing bolts? questions must be answered here I think

  14. Pictures are way to big, it already takes an age to load up and you only posted once Connor!, make your pictures a sensible size fella 1000 pixels wide is plenty
  15. It's probably lean at wide throttle openings, could result in a holed piston. you should fit a bigger main jet and did you oil the filter slightly ?
  16. last time i'll say it...not wanting to labour the point but you should find yourself a complete bike, a do-er-uper and make a nice job of that, this'll cost a lot of money before you completely stall the project because parts are taking too long to find, consider this...youl be spending literally loads and loads of money buying parts from ebay and some new and paying many hundreds of pounds in postage alone.
  17. always be wary if the bike faces dowhill on the sidestand? best left in 1st gear if thats the case
