No TT R 125 or TT R 50 listed, YBR125 is listed but it's a blank page. Thanks DirtyDT, I'll email them if Yam dealer fails.

please, I want to check the valve clearance on my 2007 ybr 125. Manual says to replace the O rings, 2x valve clearance caps, 1x crankshaft end cap and 1x timing inspection cap. Only place I can find is AJ Sutton, the 4 rings cost about 7 quid but when they add p+p (to N.I.), = 23 quid Anyone know where I can get 'em and without the astronomical p+p???
  9. http://125ccbikeclub.awardspace.co.uk/servicing.htm#Ethanol in Petrol Warning If you use supermarket fuel like I do, try something else. My fuel injected ybr has a similar prob, sometimes it stalls when idling or at low revs. Also, if I snap the throttle on it'll die, gonna fill up next time with quailty fuel and hope that helps. BTW, did you change the spark plug?

It should be a simple rule, if they pose.. shoot, if no pose.... don't shoot. Hard to obey rules yes, but if pics are taken and it's not 'a pose', sue the ass of 'em!

Not 100% sure about how much emissions they permit. New MOT tests my get more stringent, i'd recommend getting a cat just incase. I was unaware my GPR had no Cat until i got it, now i'm on the hunt for 1. Even thought of cutting up original exhaust.
  12. paulrever replied to Cemsahil's post in a topic in The Bar
Hi Cem, 'Cat. = Catalytic converter, it makes exhaust emissions cleaner. The Exhaust i bought has 1 removable dB killer, it fits in the pipe where it joins the can. If you look closely you can see the springs that secure the pipe to the can (Silencer). Mine doesn't have a 2nd dB killer at the end of the can, where the fumes come out, unlike the 1 in the vid above. To remove my dB killer, i need to unbolt can (silencer), and the jubilee clip that secures the down pipe to the 2nd pipe. Then undo the springs that hold the pipe to the can and slide it off. Inside the can where that pipe fits into, is where the dB killer is, it's a cone shape that drops in/out. I'm not sure about the fit for a 06 plate, you could send them an email to check. So far, i'm pretty pleased with my GPR, although i would like a cat for it. I'm waiting to hear if they can get me 1.

Thank you Gentlemen, I'll pay the quid's and get a proper job done then. I only run short journeys on it with the occassional long one to blow the crap outta the engine. But safety has to come first, I'm riding in a built up area and wouldn't like to hurt anyone. Very grateful for your help, Paul.

Hello, I plan to get tyres for my YBR, probably going for Michelin Pilot Sporty. I considered fitting them myself and seen Youtube vidz etc. Also watched vidz on wheel balancing and here's the Q. Why not balance the wheel on it's own axle, in the forks and with the calipers removed? I'm just wondering how it differs from taking the wheel off to put on a contraption.

Lovely Bippo, I love it in black. I have a 2007 YBR which I did a few epic journeys on, I know what ya mean about the 'Numb bum' thing. Also, such a good wee bike I didn't want to sell it when I moved up to 600cc, I still use it for short comutes. Enjoy, Amigo!
