  1. there were 2 different types of caliper used in the xs400. 1 was a floating caliper design (common) and the other used a sliding pin design. let me know which one you have! (or post a pikkie)

  6. I go away for a week and this happens
  7. you would have to open the left case and stator off ( a pig of a job) and replace the stator case, buy a motor and wire it in. I personally wouldn't bother, there was only a couple of models which were kick only anyways, i think they ended in E as econony model and usually had wire wheels ( well sort after part now)

this is the initial one i did. the only proviso that the badge makers said was they can't do the graduations or 3d. if anyone has a better design, go ahead and we could have a selection process. I'm off for 1 week now so we could end entries after then!

you need to caliper and mount bracket from an SR500, xs750, xs850 or xs1100 you will also need the master cylinder fom the xs's mentioned above, to push enough fluid for 2 brake pistons drewps

Thinking of having cloth patches made of the YOC. The patch would be something like my current avatar @ 75mm diameter. Min order is 50 and would only be solid colours as the way the embroidery goes. if enough interested i would go ahead. for usa I would prefer a single contact to send a package over (would be cheaper anyways) payment through paypal methinks. cost £3 plus post and packing drewps

all the way to the right is the parking lights ( in UK law we have to have parking lights on, on an unlit road) mid way, may the lights only come on when the bike is running as it may have another replay for the lamps powered from the alternator, being us model.
