So winters starting to truly set in now. Weathers getting wetter and ice in the mornings.

I ride every day without fail. Always try and keep the bike clean. Noticed my front forks and disk brakes are starting to show slight bits of rust. The bikes brand new. Got it from local dealer in Sept/Oct.

Is there anything I should be applying/spraying on? Something to prevent this or clean it?

She's kept in the garage overnight and at work I always throw over a rain cover.

Anyone able to help?

:eusa_dance: Hope everyone has a good new years!

If you're riding all winter, then you've got to try and wash the road salt off, it will destroy paintwork and chrome

I would suggest (others may disagree), thorough clean and rinse with plenty of clean cold water

Dry off thoroughly

Wipe/spray all over with ACF50

DONT GET IT ON BRAKE DISCS/PADS/SHOES ETC

It tends to creep, and a little goes a long way

Should be good for 2 to 3 months, then repeat

Clean chain and re-lubricate weekly

Throwing a rain cover on when the bike is already wet is probably not the best thing to do
