running problems

ryt am going to tell you everything what up with my bike at the min.i am having trouble starting it and 1nce it starts it runs for a few the cuts out and if i try and rev it it also cuts out .it has recently had since i bout it new standard jets ,spark plug,air filter,1 of my friends said that the float makes a lot of diff.so if it is set incorrect could this be stoping my bike starting ,

SMOKING!?

when my bike start there is alot of white smoke comes chuking it out of the exhaust i dont know if this is because it hasent been ran in a while or what ,??
