wild foamy Posted September 19, 2008 Share Posted September 19, 2008 hi there. i think the best thing to do would be to contact the DVLA directly and ask them about it, they should be able to tell you all you need to know and how to go about getting it back on the road . if its stolen and recovered i think you can only get 3rd party fire and theft insurance, not comprehensive. not 100% sure so maybe someone else can confirm that Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
alza Posted September 21, 2008 Author Share Posted September 21, 2008 hi i was told on another site that the police can restamp the frame..if there is no frame number but when i went to my local police station they didnt have a clue what i was talking about???& never heard of police looking at stolen & recovered bikes..anyone help??
