Them pod filters are gash too,   i bet it takes ages to warm up.[ cough & splutters]..  usually runs lean also, ,  that hissing sounds like a  vacume .[cap breather blocked,,]

Just seen this,   .most likely the CDI BOX.  or the Pulsar coil,  to test the pulsar, its the Red/wite wire  coming from stator ,  put the meter on it, [ Ohms   ]   and kick it over,   you should get   a reading , . there is no way to test the box,  [specialist equipment]   ,try swapping it ,,with another ,known box,

You can still get the cush rubbers,  my mate got a kit,  the rivits were larger diameter,  he just bored to suit, .. not shure where he got them,, wemoto ,maybe,,

Had a propper ride on the TDR   on sunday,   it was very good,, light,  quick and great brakes,,   ,really enjoyed it,  , always felt safe at any speed .esp thru the corners ,

Hi  ritch "  good to hear from yeh. ,yeh thers rubber cush pucs behind the basket,  a mate just done his RD350,  easy,   buff the rivit heads, seperate the gear half, from fornt half, there is a few round rubber pucks ,  renew and re-rivit the basket together, .

Dt"s are 6 volt A/C,     they dont come any dimmer than that,  and they pass,
