  1. Been there done that with my Goldwing. Threw my back out in the process! Couldn't ride for a month. At least you didn't get hurt.
  2. Actually I need to get this thing on the road quick to continue working. I've decided just to buy an aftermarket MAC 4 into 1 canister exaust. My new question is- will I have to re-jet the carbs?
  3. Can someone explain why I am having such a hard time finding a 4 into 2 exhaust replacement for my 83 XJ750M ? I've been to dozens of online stores and all I can find is 4 into 1. The only problem with the 83 Midnight Maxim I just bought is it needs a new exhaust. Is this why I got it so cheap? other than the exhaust it looks and runs like new.

  5. Hi. My name is Eric Esch. Long time rider but I just bought my first Yamaha. 1983 Midnight Maxim. Looking forward to riding it here in Michigan as soon as it stops raining. Cool looking classic cruiser for sure. Very excited to be a first time Yamaha owner.
