You are lucky i did this back a few years ago on my R1 you don't want to no what that cost to repair , one disk one side of fairing screen ,handle bar,etc.

Am sure the Virago bars are 7/8 22 mm ?

The bars are to wide from handle bar grip to handle bar grip for me, they are about 83 cm across the bars are 25 mm diameter

Me again are the bars on the custom dragstar as wide as the one on the classic ?

Hard work arms and back are killing me riding the dam thing lol

Hi All used the bike for work today i find the handle bars are to wide for me . Am not getting on with this bike at all lol are the custom bars as wide ?

Have not had time to play at the moment will have to be Sunday when i get time off work am sure if pull the handle bars back a bit she will be ok .Like i said will have a look on Sunday. Thanks

anyone no what the two colours and the codes are called think the one is Elegant Brown but might be wrong ?

am sure i will grow to fit the bike as am use to super bikes bent over the tank , at the moment it just feels wrong lol as soon as it stops raining i will adjust the bars a bit to suit me and go from there

should have said its the rear wheel but i think the 1100 has disc on the rear ? so i give up with that. bum but thanks for the reply s

Just there is a 1100 classic wheel on Ebay and was thinking of buying it as the rim is a bit rusty on my classic . but unless it will fit not point in buying

I will sort it out will not be to big a problem , may its just me having to get use to it ?

Hi do you no if the cast wheels of the 1100 dragstar classic fit the 650 classic ?

Well i got my Dragstar today sat on her and being a short ass with only a 28 inch inside leg, my legs are almost straight . i have to sit up tight against the tank to brake and change gear . any other person have the same problem like ?

Hi all just to say bike turned up this morning , I wished i had gone to see it and not taken what seller had told me about her , He said there was a stone chip in the mudguard more like rust around the front of it . Also the rear wheel has a far bit of rust on the rim.( SO all learn from this go and see the bike you are buying ) Did go for a little run and i liked it so i will deal with over the winter .

Just had a phone call they can not deliver the bike till tomorrow errrrrrrrrrr

Hi all am Graham live in South Wales have had bikes most of my life . I have just got my self a 1998 650 dragstar classic she has done just 2,200 miles from new i get here delivered on 21-09-09 .
