Hi all, as stated I am new to this site and new to owning a Yamaha, had an RD400 way back when and it was great. OK, I have just bought an FZ1 N, can anyone please tell me if there are any simple mods that can be made to run better and also any trick bits to buy, have just got an evotech tail tidy but am looking for anything else that can enhance the bike, screen, seat cowl, belly pan, mirrors, seat cowl etc.... Hi, this may be worth it may not, a few weeks back I put a scorpion can on my blade before I traded it for an FZ1, it was excellent, smoothed out the ride, got rid of throttle jerkiness, build quality was great and the carbon can looked ace, fitting instructions were OK and when I had a querie I emailed Scorpion and they were straight back to me, so much so that I am buying one for my FZ1, so, in my opinion for what it's worth if you cant afford Akraprovik, scorpion would be my choice. I have just traded my 56 Blade in for an FZ1 N, really did not know if I was doing the right thing but 10 mins after picking up the bike yesterday the grin told me I had. Hi, I am new to this site, traded my 56 Blade in for an FZ1 N and I love it, anyway, I am in the same boat as you, looking for new bits and a screen being one item, I have found this in my trawling, personally I prefer this, the Powerbronze screen does nothing for me so hope this helps.
