With the ever shortening countdown to "Day 0", ive started getting my stuff ready for when i go to RAF halton to do my square bashing ive always had the problem of turning the alarm clock off and going back to sleep, and that could and probably will get me into trouble with my CO, so ive got a new alarm clock http://www.firebox.com/video/1648 oh yeh, and got a room guard to keep away unwanted visitors http://www.firebox.com/video/1884

I was riding in wales yesterday with my chest mounted GoPro on, sticking to the speed limit so I was doing 50 to 60mph around the country roads. Came round a corner and crapped my pants when I seen this van crossing into a junction. No one was at fault, but he could have hurried across a little quicker! Anyhow a good lesson as to why speed limits apply in my opinion. Call me lame but I think if I was going over 60mph there would have been a good chance I would have ended up as an imprint of the side of the mini bus! What you cant see in the video is the biker behind me, luckily he didnt plough into the back of me.

Whilst I had a bit of a breakdown when the throttle cable snapped, I got a lift from the breakdown van and he lived near Jerez for 15 years. The guys said that the kids there get chainsaw motors and fit pipes, handlebars and throttles on them to mimick the GPbikes. I thought he was pulling my plonker but it looks as though it happens
