I am in a real need to find a good mechanic because I just had a pretty bad experience, by following Google's "expertise"... so I am hoping that one of you maybe you could guide me better based on your experience. It was very well maintained by the previous owner and since then I travelled almost all Europe and 12 countries. Everything looked fine. Hey all new to the forum, I was wondering if anyone else here has a MT-01 like myself and what they think of the bike. It was my first bike and I love it. So does pretty much anyone else who sees it. It's unique looking and the sound and power is intoxicating. That's my impression of it anyways. Also, since I'm having a hard time to find aftermarket parts and accessories for this bike. Anyone know of a good site/store. Especially someone that ships to Canada. Right now I'm looking for get a Rear spool stand, but not sure if it will fit my MT-01. Thanks all and ride safe. I finnished work an hour earlier than last week. So I decided to go for a ride on the bike, I ended up in Cardiff. Ok there seems nothing wrong there, but when you consider I was looking at the Castle at midnight? I just fancied going for a ride and the bike sounds great threw the Bryn Glas tunnel. The good thing is that bikes don`t ay to go over the second severn crossing either. What a joy it was hardly any traffic and not many people in the centre of Cardiff, just mostly Taxi`s.

Hi , Anyone have protection bars fitted on there XJ6 ? I have been thinking about fitting some and am looking at either SW Motech or Hepco and Becker but open to suggestions regarding other brands . Both the brands mentioned have a picture on website but they are not good . In fact i cannot get on the main Hepco site at all . I was out riding my yamaha 89' 600 radian last night just having a great time when the bike stopped running. I have had this bike for a week maybe. I had just got her insp and was having a good ride. all week it had been running fine on my runs around the area but last night she started to lose a little power and quickly after that I started hearing a lower noise then usually coming from the engine - this was all riding down the road - then as I was nearing the parking lot to pull over she cut out and I coasted in to the lot and tryed to restart her and it would not start. hi all just bought 1999 yamaha R6 last owner has dyno jetted it and fitted a race ecu and has race art can fitted how much faster would dyno jetting make it cos unsure if i like how bike runs on tick over and if not much diffrence might convert it back also anybody know how fast it standard bike will go in second before it the red line

I've had my YBR125 for 2 years now (June 07) and was wondering if there is anyway to destrict it or just make it go faster lol, I'm heavy but get 60 mph out of it but nothing more. Thanks

Need some advice here guys. I was out riding today and when I returned home they were paving the street that I live on. Ok so yes I did go on the new pavement with my 01 yzf 600. When I got in the garage I noticed quite a bit of goo on my tires along with some asphalt. Any suggestions on how to easily get it off? Are my tires ruined. Any helped would be much appreciated.

I have a 55 plate (2006 on the log books) TZR50 with the am6 engine and the revs seem to max out at 9k or just under. I have seen posts where people say they are getting 10k-11k+. So I need to know is the standered coil pack restrict the revs or do they all do the same job. I have seen 3 differed shape coil packs availible all saying there for the am6. So i don't know if one does a better Job than another or if a coil pack is just a coil pack. Thanks

Hello all. I am looking for some advice from you please. I have a YZF R125, under 2000 miles so i took it to my nearest Yamaha dealer and they said they would inspect it. I took it back and waited for over two hours. they agreed that the bike wasnt right and it was a warranty claim. It has an engine knock. I was told to take it in, they would inspect, order the parts and fix it. All well and good you may think. But, that was over two and a half weeks ago. Still no signs of the bike. The last communication I had they said they were still waiting for one more part and would let me know when the bike was to their satisfaction. Still no bike and they are ignoring…
