Hi everyone! updated progress on my proposed R.O.I Tour. the DT is slowly but steadily being prepped, new tyres, brakes, clutch, cables e.t.c and it has been quite reliable since ive started maintaining it properly. got my luggage sorted, a 58L holdall strapped to the back with a few T-shirts, a few pairs of jeans aswell as socks and undies, camera, phone, Tent, small toolkit and a rollup sleeping bag. and thats pretty much it. (luggage space is VERY limited) got my route all mapped out and have made stops for fuel, marked out the local B&Bs, marked out emergency routes, Campsites e.t.c Total mileage will be around 1,000, costing around £180 i…

Just been told its cancelled due to them struggling to organise the event. Not helped by the authorities! Trafford Centre is still going to receive toys with the Sally army present, so maybe an underground meet is happening!

Had a meetup with the Ontario members (DT and I lol) and a pal of mine who came along with his Kawasaki cruiser. Took a little trip up and down some mountain access roads here, almost got busted by the police but they missed us by about 30 seconds (the cop was literally pulling in to setup radar right after we went by the parking lot) - and stopped at the beach for a break in between so I snapped a couple photos while we were down there. Hello everyone, i am one of the motorcycle organisers of the Coventry MotoFest, now that the latest show is over its time to start planning for the 2017 event. We hope to have more static bikes, more bikes on track, and more biking-related activities next year and for this we need the help of bikers like yourselves. We had over 125,000 people come down this year for the 2 day event which is immense considering this was only the 3rd year we have run the event, the national press loved it (see below), but then again we did have a £1.8m aston martin supercar, racing trucks, drift cars, formula cars, le mans racers, turb…

This has been in planning for some time but now the time is getting near and the ferry from Dover to Calais is booked. The R6 may not be the most ideal bike for 5000 miles in 2 weeks but what the hell. I am going to make the most of it and fun is the aim of the game. Alan Duffus Kirkcaldy is holding a Yamaha R1 launch event on Friday the 27th of this month, 6pm til 9pm, just wondering if anybody from here is going? So, i was searching up some sites for yamaha and found this one, i just recently bought a TZR50 and im hoping to get out on a good ride, i live in oldham, (20mins away from manchester) and i was wondering if anybody on similar bikes would fancy a ride out one day, please reply back cheers, karl. oh by the way, im only 16 :/

Met up with Blackhat250 (John) and one of his pals Si at the Creiff rally, forgot I had my camera at the rally as was mesmerised by the number of old bikes that turned out, anyhoo, went from there to the famous 'Green Welly' at Tyndrum where John treated me and Si to a slap up (and expensive) lunch (owe ye John), motored from there to Forfar via- fnck knows where, -middle of nowhere, -somewhere in Scotland, -and where R wee, maybe John can fill in the blanks cos I didn't have a scoobie-mind blowing roads and scenery , could hardly keep up with John on his 'widowmaker' and Si on his Triumph tiger 1150-'no richt in tha heid' them two so no pics of the scenery I'm afraid…
