this is the bit where I start thinking if I have done enough prep for the Spanish trip next week. I have lists and I know I've asked peeps about what to take. Just seen the news last night and Spain and Italy are in a drought although I have a friend in Pamplona ATM and she says its raining! so I'm excited and a little worried at the same time. Still wouldn't swap it for the world. I just got to keep the missus sweet as its our 25th wedding anniversary when I'm away too

National Motorcycle Museum! For any of you who've never been there, it's a great day out if you're an enthusiast! It's located just off the M42 between Coventry and Birmingham so it's very easy to access from all directions. I would suggest that you plan to get there by Midday, cos there's a lot to see inside. Handheld photographic equipment is allowed in the Museum providing it's for personal use, so charge up those camcorders! The full address is: Coventry Road, Bickenhill, B92 0EJ and you can get exact directions via the AA Route Planner or Multimap! See you there!

Havn't been out on the bike for a while, the last time out it pissed down and my arse and balls got soaked. So popped out today to get some waterproof trousers. It was only about a 20 minute ride but it was nice to get out while the sun was shinning. Came home the long way via the Pirbright bends which I haven't been on since I stopped commuting several years ago. No trafic on the roads brilliant, and I used to be lucky enough to ride these bends 5 days a week for about 15 years. I need to do this more often.
