Got a day off today as I am working this Sunday. weather said nice in morning, rain mid afternoon and nice again So I took the fz out for a good run out and what a joy it was. No Motorways but some lovely A roads especially on the A682, smooth and twisty great for scratching around. forgot where exactly the place was but its obvious when you can see it from the road Devils bridge; legend says that an old woman wanted to cross the river. She made a pact with the devil to make the bridge and the cost was the first soul to cross the bridge. the woman sent her dog across got rained on at Padiham and torrents 1 mile from home. Still the bike ran w…

I had a fantastic ride on Sunday, got in about 11.30 pm having covered 700 miles and a 6 hr stopover in Paris to watch the last stage of the worlds toughest sporting event. Cav(mark Cavendish)aka the Manx Missile the first Engish rider to win the Green Jersey, and Cadel Evans the first overall Aussie winer. Cav is now on 20 stage wins and the 5th on the all time list. The Divvy(I hate that name) ran without fault and the saddle comfort is so much better than the Fazer 6(FZ6) saddle. I wonder why Yamaha did not call it the FZ6R in the UK as it is the replacement for the FZ6(Fazer) in the UK and calling the XJ6 Diversion just makes everyone think its the old Divvy b…

Hi all can anyone tell me of any good ride outs that doesn't involve motorways as I am still on L plates, LOL. I was just wondering as I'm on a yzf r125 and my dad should be getting himself a bike soon after 10 years off them. Thanks.

I am a long time rider as well as a PlayStation employee. We have a new game coming out called Motorstorm Pacific Rift and we are hosting an event in its honor. It will be held for a number of professional atheletes (all types of sports) in the Orlando area. Where you come in: we are looking to fill the first couple spots at the event with dirty (aka, had some fun in the mud) vehicles. We would love Dirt bikes, dune buggies, rally cars (subaru, lancer, mazda or the like), pick up trucks, and if any of you have a monster truck lying around...that would be great too. As a reward for having fun getting your motorcycle messy and parking it in front of a party for a few hours …

Been a busy weekend for me which started Thursday to Wray. I went to Donnington Park festival of Bikes Saturday where the CRMC raced and the VJMC put on a classic show in the exhibition hall. Bloody hot day too. When I first got there I was like a kid in a candy store, saw one bike, then detored because i saw another etc etc. did lots of walking around because of that. Amazing day. Journey there was boring at the end on the A50, so I took a detour home via Matlock which was a lot more interesting some pictures Ron Haslams Cagiva Arial Leader and Commer van Pendine racer suzuki TR750's TZR700…
