Hey everybody.... I am new to riding and dont know much about bikes so Im hoping i could get some info from you more experienced folk. I just bought a 600r 2006 and im noticing that the warm up time on the bike takes a bit long... Granted i have to give it time but the temp doesnt reach 100 for 15minutes minimum. Hi All.I have just bought a highway hawk windshield for my 650 Dragstar. Unfortunately there is no instructions and the bits look quite complicated. The are 4 "L" shaped pieces plus four brackets. I am at a loss as how it all fits together so if anyone has any idea or you have fitted a similar shield could you either give me some help or even send a photo of the completed shield on the bike. Hey everyone... I just got done with douching my tank in acid...cleaning out the carbs...new plugs...etc. Here is the problem. I am getting good throttle response, but the RPMS are slow to drop. I did read that you probably need to re-jet the carb, however I have searched the internet high and low to find out what Mikuni carb I actually have on the bike. I tried to order stuff for the 400 from MikesXS, however they are acting like pieces of shit and send sarcastic emails back because they only deal with 650's.
