Last year the TDR played sulky just as the weather turned to ratshit, this morning it dumped the better part of a litre of liquid gold from the left carb (thats after struggling home on 11/2 cylinders )so i had to go back in the car.... So back to the DT now then, heh neighbours will be chuffed at 0400 tommorow.....

This is how I made a GPS mount for my SYM Citycom. This may help others with scoots with a bag hook. I mounted half of a GPS mount to the bag hook of my scoot. these are the parts:1.) half of the GPS mount2.) two home made rubber washers for friction between the GPS mount and the U-bracket.3.) two washers to go under U-bracket4.) home made U-bracket5.) bolt to screw GPS mount to U-bracket this is how the U-bracket mount with the two washers underneath. I used the factory bolt to do it. everything mounted with the mount in the everyday ride "out of the way" position GPS mounted with a hair band (what ladies use to make a pony tail in their hair) for safety. T…

Banned from ASDA, didn't like shopping there anyway Yesterday I was at my local ASDA buying a large bag of Purina dog food for my loyal pet and was in the checkout queue when a woman behind me asked if I had a dog. What did she think I had - an elephant? So, since I'm retired and have little to do, on impulse I told her that no, I didn't have a dog, I was starting the Purina Diet again. I added that I probably shouldn't, because I ended up in hospital last time, but that I'd lost 2 stones before I woke up in intensive care with tubes coming out of most of my orifices and IVs in both arms I told her that it was essentially a perfect diet and that the way that …

I got pulled over by the West Yorkshire Police whilst travelling Westbound on the M62 just before I was due to come off on junction 26. I noticed a police car in my right side mirror with its flashies on so pulled out of its way. Upon pulling out of its way I noticed it followed me. I realised I was the target so pulled onto the hard shoulder. I switched off my engine and began removing my helmet and gloves. I then put the bike on its sidestand. As I was putting the bike on its stand a policeman approached me from the right side and said 'far too fast to me'. He then said 'you can kiss your license goodbye'. Another policeman then approached from the left side…

Hi All, Just got my Yamaha V star couple weeks ago - great bike, except the handle bar position. Rode Honda CB900C before this and the bar was just right on that bike - very comfortable, even after 800 miles. I see there are variety of replacement bars out there, as well as custom riser now available, anyone has any experience with using these? Which bar can use the stock cables, any idea? Ride safe

TRIBUTES are being paid to Scotland today after the entire country laughed itself to death. The alarm was first raised at around 4pm as thousands of phone calls and text messages went unanswered. Small groups of volunteers from Berwick-Upon-Tweed and Carlisle ventured north only to find houses full of dead people gathered around still blaring television sets. As RAF helicopters flew over deserted city streets, it was clear that the whole country had suffered a catastrophic abdominal rupture. Wayne Hayes, a special constable from Northumberland, said: "We went into one house in Dunbar and found three men sitting on the sofa with huge smiles on their faces, still holdi…
