Yep this is how I like to get my projects. It's the potential I see in these basket cases. There's nothing like bringing something like this back to it's former glory. This being Ireland, the bike could be on the road in this state. Just needs insurance and Tax and away you go. Not MOT or Roadworthyness test required for bikes. Crazy, I know. I restore them to get them to MOT standard. I'm a Bristolian living here for over 25 years. I seen worse and seen lads riding worse. Anyway the resto will take a while, most of the work it needs is cosmetic. I'll be starting on it soon. Comments always welcome Thanks for looking

Yesterday I thought I would take advantage of what's left of the warm sunny weather and took a ride out instead of working in my garden. I rode to box hill and instead of going straight into Rykers cafe I went to the top of the hill which is something that I haven't done in years. As soon as I parked I knew that I had made a mistake as I was on parked on a gravel slope. Sure enough when I came to leave I struggled to back out, my feet kept slipping on the gravel and it took me about ten minutes to get out by rocking the bike back an inch a time and holding it on the brake, when I finally got out I realised that two old boys had been watching my antics and found it most am…

Well just letting you guys know, after much enduring the bike is finally road legal! I want shot of the damn thing now... 4 stroke please!! I love the fact it's been insanely tuned and is rapid as fook but when I have the front wheel lift I want it to be because I made it happen not just because the bike is mental!! Worryingly it still has the standard gearing/sprockets and it tries to lift in 4th as well... I'm thinking maybe an XT or WR next lol great bike if you don't live in an area that is heavily policed but not worth my license! Shall list it over the weekend on ebay I think!! However... I'm making sure my next bike is a Yammy 4 stroke! No…

Hey everyone, so its been years in the coming but me and a few friends have finally planned a trip across the pond to France. Going to be getting the Ferry across from Plymouth to Roscoff, and then spending 3 days riding down the west coast to Biarrtz, then back up to Roscoff. Anyhow this is where we are looking for some help, we have only planned as much as we are starting at Roscoff and Ending in Biarrtz. Has anyone ridden in this area before and have any must see / must ride places we should aim for? If we have time we would like to ride into the Pyrenees too.
