As you may be aware I sold the FZR approx a month ago. WELL, I've just bought another one! It (another 3HE) was cheap as chips and couldn't resist it. Has mot for 10 months, new tyres, new brakes. Needs fork seals done and then cosmetics tweaked to my taste

Well, had my first ever run on an RD today & I didn't want to give it back! It's a world apart from what I'm used to but loved every minute. But don't think my budget would stretch to buy this (even if it were for sale, but it def isn't) It was the Roberts replica I've mentioned before, less than 8k on the clock, immaculate condition. But I def got a new addiction - I want an RD!!

Hi, After several long hard months of saving, I am only a few bob short of affording my DAS. However, I'm not sure how I should go about it as I haven't road over winter and some pillock ran over my bike while it was parked up (pannier rack saved bike from any major damage) and I won't have my bike back for a few weeks. I know I need more practice (slow speed), and to do my theory test but I don't know any bikers who ride any more to go out with to point out mistakes and what not. Should I go straight to an instructor and do a 5 day course, including mod 1 and 2, or would having lessons be the better option? I can't afford to fail, money is fairly tight so I want to…

Recently seen a picture of myself on my 98 Divvy 600N and I look like Donkey Kong on a Monkey bike. I need something with a bigger frame at least, gotta be naked too. Really taken with the XJR. Also looking at the CB1300 & ZRX... Neither have to really recent. I'm wondering what else there is out there with similar frame sizes.... Big suzuki's are obviously in there too. Any suggestions peeps? Ta!

Hello. I live in Tucson, Arizona and am thinking of buying a 86 Yamaha fj1200 from someone who has had it for a year. He is asking for $1500 firm but I see some issues. The biggest issue may be that he is not mecanically inclined. Anyway.. The bike runs rough so I'll see if I can find a mecanic to say "it's just the carbs" or "the engine has problems". That's easy... There is more like... A front fork is leaking. I think that is not hard for me to fix. There is something that worries me. It can get over a 100deg here. Does anyone run a big oil cooled bike like this in the hot summer? My last bike was a Honda VF700F (liquid cooled). He says he has to leave t…

to Yamaha ownership. I just sold my auld Triumph and now I have some money burning a hole in my pocket I am happy to go £3k on a bike and would be looking at something like an XS650. This is based on my mate owning one back in the early 80s when I had my 1st Triumph. I liked the look of them then, and still do Any thoughts or opinions

Not sure if you guys and gals watch Counting Cars on Sky? but this guy is a repeat person on the show and just look at what he creates! This Ford Model T (or A) has 2 V8's and 4 Super chargers working in sync. He has now finished building a Chopper with 4 Halrey twins. Most would thing that he has just spun two motors about to mount to the side, nope, as if he done that they would be running the wrong way so he's taken them apart a re-built them backwards so that they now run in reverse to also work in sync witht he two standard motors. I cant get his actual web page to work as its blocked here at work but i "think" you can get the full build thread on there.…
