Hi all 1st post Well after many years have now decided to do my bike test. Do I need to go to a training school or can I book my test myself and just do it ? I have been riding for a while now and have watched many videos of the mod 1 and 2 and I feel I am ready for the test. I want to take it on my ybr 125 custom and then get a 400cc, then after 2 years go bigger again. Hope all this makes sence Many Thanks Dave

Hi all! How can I remove the tank stickers (warnings and stuff) from a YBR 125 Custom? Without damaging the paintjob and the varnish coating, of course. Thanks in advance.

I haven't experience one of these, touch wood that I won't and I really don't want one! I've been reading about them and I was wondering if any of you guys have experienced one and how did you deal with it? Here's a good read about them from joe250.com: I was just wondering, wouldn't applying the back brake help during a tankslap?

Just thought I'd post on here to say how good this app is! So much better than using the normal mobile version of the forum! Fully recommend it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free

I got this app probably a year ago, I never use it because it is so badly designed and a nightmare to navigate. It doesn't let you access the forum or area you want. It just displays random posts from random sub forums. It also has other sites which I have no interest in at all and won't let me delete them. What a load of crap.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone thought a 2000-2002 R6 was a target for theft. I live in Brooklyn New York and have been riding older cheaper yamaha's since I started riding about 5 years ago. I don't do track or particularly long rides. It's really just a way for me to get around. Initially it was because of my budget limitations but then I realized that it's great to be able to park right outside your apartment and hop on and go whenever the mood strikes and knowing that it will still be where you last parked. Then I bought an FZR600 and fell in love with inline 4 sportbikes. For 3 years it was kept on the street and never stolen. Got knocked over a few times…

For the second time now I've had my tax disc stolen. Is there any traffic cops on this forum that can shed some light where bikers stand legally when riding without a disc. I would have thought that in this day and age with police cars fitted with automatic number plate recognition that can tell if the vehicle is taxed and insured do we really need to display a valid disc which is so prone to theft? The first thief who stole my disc altered the registration number to read his own but left Honda cycle on and put it in his car.

As you may have gleaned from Tommy XS post, we are hoping to go to spain next year and feel the need to get a suitable steed. My Bar hopper XS won't do and the sports orientated FZ will kill me. So I was thinking a 2 pot and thought of the TDM. Ugly things but the ones with the 270' crank sound good. Any thoughts?
