I know this isn't bike related, but I reckon I can't be the only one that uses a wireless network at work or home and should take notice of this. Or not. It's your choice. Basically, this link: http://www.networkworld.com/news/2008/1106...tory=ts_wpahack is a news story relating the first serious hack of a wireless network with WPA encrytion enabled. SAT 15th NOV 2008 - 3PM TIL VERY LATE - THE GOLDEN FLEECE, LOUTH Think you can still save it? Celebrate the glory years, and remind us all how fast you were... A note from the TZR website: Celebrating a time when racing an LC on a tiny budget was a first step to international stardom for riders of the caliber of Niall MacKenzie and others, the Marlboro Clubmans championship oppitomised all that was great about motorcycle racing in the 1980's. A few die hards who cut their racing teeth in quarter-litre production racing are still hard at it - take a look at Mike Edwards for example - having had a career that took him from 250 proddy racing at 3-Sist…

Hi again, I have recently found out that either the reg/rec unit or stator or both have given up the ghost. I have tested the battery to see if it is charging whilst the trike is running, but the readings don't look good. trike not running battery reads ...................12.5v trike running at 4000rpm battery reads ...................12.4v (does not move from this figure) stator reads......................18.0, 12.4, 10.6 (these are readings taken from the stator plug, 3 white wires, testing 2 at a time). Can anybody tell me if there is a way to test the reg/rec unit, apart from fitting it to another bike? (see picture below) Also, does any…

Hi Am in desperate need of some information regarding the Yamaha Enticer 125cc..... I have recently bought the bike with the intention of fixing it up as a bike to learn on,,, but i have found out the bike was made in India, and no one in the UK can give me any advice on parts, as most have never even heard of it. The bike has suffered some front end damage and new forks and wheel are needed...... Question..... Is there another bike that has the same fork measurements... My yolk size is 30mm hole and 185mm centres, the yolk stem is also 30mm. It may be possible to buy a complete front end from another bike if the stem is the same size,, i was told the virago xv 125 m…

Is anyone experiencing tickover problems with their R6. My bike will idle okay but after a run of 10-15 miles it will try to stall. I have cleaned the fuel filters, replaced plugs-oil-air/oil filters, cleaned the fast idle mechanism which appears to be operating correctly. Has anyone got any more ideas for me to try?

I've been loitering on here for a few weeks now & I only registered to contact a seller but being a Yamaha nut I thought I would stick around & say "oroight". I live in a pineapple under the sea... . No I don't, I live in a town just south of Birmingham but I'm not a brummie despite what people say. Name's Graham, I'm 38 physically, 18 mentally, own a TRX 850 which is my pride & joy, have my own business fitting glass to cars & lorries, mess with cars & bikes a lot in my spare time & I'm currently building a 26 year old Ford track car ermmm... . thing. Can't get to grips with uploading a picture of myself which is probably a blessing …

taysiders in space NWS best washing machine commercial ever by danes NWS (nudity) The Roman galley was approaching its home port after a successful deployment. The captain could see the crowds on the jetty waiting to welcome the ship home and he decided to show off a little and ordered maximum speed. The beat of the timing drum gradually increased tempo and the oars picked up speed. Suddenly there was the sound of oars striking each other and the ship slewed to starboard and came to a stop. The slave master went through the rowing decks until he came to a slave slumped dead over his oar. Two deck hands came below, unchained the dead slave, carried the body u…
