Sorry about this but another question...The exhaust on this heap is NOT coming off. Not sure what the previouse owner did but its a rusty mess, see pic. My question, can i get rid (cut off) the pipe between the two exhausts? If i can do this without comprimising the engine I can get two single baffels to put on. Hope I have made myself clear and any help greatly appriciated as always.

Hello all I've just received back the very V50M I used to use when I was 16 - I'm 51 now! It was my mums before she could drive, then my dad's commuter, then I used it to do my paper round on and then my brother used it when I could drive. Greetings. I hope someone out there can assist. Does anyone have the gear ratios for the YZF750R 6-speed transmission? I actually have two YZF1000R engines, one with the standard 5-speed, the other with the 6-speed from the YZF750R. While I'm looking for the ratios for all gears, the final gear (6th) is the most important as I am trying to calculate top speed when using different gearing combinations on the rear end, and without the gear ratio data I am stuck. Can't believe there's such a severe limit on noise at Castle Coombe, a stock RGV got booted off the other day for being too noisey - what's that all about.
