Guys/Girls, i need some help here... I installed 4 LED turnsignal indicators, and a kellermann variable load relais, which is suited for use with LED signals. I connected the 2 back LED indicators, and the front ones still original bulbs. everything works fine. Now connected up the front LED's: indicators are steady (left or right). If i hook up the original bulb together with the LED: works fine. So looks as if still the load is wrong, but all the reviews i see for this relay say all working fine. I'm sure i connected everything the right way. Anybody experience with this relay? I connected the ground, constant 12V and variable 12V wires from the relay. than…

Hi guys, im new here, yesterday i was driving home from work and all of a sudden the bike jus seemed to die, as if it was losing revs radpidly, wen i tried reving it it sounded like it was struggling to tic over and as if it was flooded, so i turned it off, left it a few minutes and tried agen, but still the same. Im not quite sure but i think i touched the clutch leaver up while i was driving without the clutch in, not sure if that would make a difference or not. How ever i changed the 2 stroke oil a few days before. But other than that i dont know what it could be. Wondering if any of you guys would know cheers, by the way its a dt125 r on a 03 plate 4k on the c…

Hi All, I've just purchased a "1984" (Mfr date on frame says 4/83) Maxim 400 with 6800 km. I've done the basic tune up work and put on new tires. The mechanic I had it at said it looks great but there's normal wear and tear on the rubber parts, cracking, fading, etc. I'm not very handy but I'm hoping to learn a bit with this bike to get familiar with some basic things. Me, I'm 30, new to bikes. Took a couple of safety courses last year and got my M2. I live near Ottawa. Mike

A 10 year old boy was going to stay with his grandparents in rural Scotland for the summer holidays. "Right" said mum, "I know what your like, you won't have a shower while your there so I'm going to make sure your clean before you go. Come and get in the shower with me" In the shower the boy noticed her mums pubic hairs. "What's that mum?" A very embarrassed mum replied "That's my rabbet" When the boy came back from his holiday at his grandparents his mum said "I hope you kept clean while you were there, did you have a shower?" To which the boy replied "I certainly did mum, by the way grans got a rabbet as well, but hers has been involved in an accident." "H…

Hi There, Can anyone help me as either I am being daft or previous owner was being even dafter.. I've gat a 650 Dragstar 1997 which I've had for a few months.I had it running on the day I bought it but since then I've had it off the road while I repaired and changed a few things. Back to the question, the petrol tank doesn't have a breather outlet, well at least I can't find one and petrol flow stops after a few seconds unless I remove filler cap. The manaul shows a breather outlet in the top of the tank just behind the large "hole in the tank",, I do have the breather outlet pipe but I don't have any kind of breather outlet in the tank. There is a small hollow …

thought you might be interested to know that following the UK Government's freedom of information act you can now get access to ALL speed camera offences registered in the last 12 months. Did you know that every time your vehicle goes past a speed camera, even 1mph over the set limit, it is registered and put on a database? You only get a ticket if you are way over the limit or, (this is the bit that I didn't know) if you receive over 10 near misses, you will be classed as a serial offender and get a ticket the next time you go just over the limit. This is why you hear of people being done for 34mph in a 30mph limit area, whilst others doing 39 do not. You can check wh…

Hello everyone, my name is Michael (no surprises there) I live in Northumberland, so I'm fairly spoiled for great riding roads and green lanes. I've been riding since the age of 15, both on road and off. I started with a Yam FS1SE 50cc 'Chicken Bike' moved up to a YB100 before passing my test on a borrowed RD80LC. After briefly owning a Suzuki X7 (monoshocked with a RD350LC rear end and then an RD350LC engine!) I eventually saw sense and acquired a brace of genuine 350 Elsies Absolutely fantastic bikes that introduced me to truly quick riding. An old friend of mine still has his from all those years ago, but I have thus far been disciplined enough not to ride it…

TRIBUTES are being paid to Scotland today after the entire country laughed itself to death. The alarm was first raised at around 4pm as thousands of phone calls and text messages went unanswered. Small groups of volunteers from Berwick-Upon-Tweed and Carlisle ventured north only to find houses full of dead people gathered around still blaring television sets. As RAF helicopters flew over deserted city streets, it was clear that the whole country had suffered a catastrophic abdominal rupture. Wayne Hayes, a special constable from Northumberland, said: "We went into one house in Dunbar and found three men sitting on the sofa with huge smiles on their faces, still holdi…

Just joined tonight (I guess it was yesterday already) I'm the proud new owner of a 1975 RS100B. It runs like a champ but has a few electrical demons right now. I just wanted to do the usual "Hello!" to the new forum I'm not legal yet so I've been cruising around the cemeteries near my house. I'm picking up parts and pieces now getting her road legal so I can insure it. So I'll have questions eventually (especially considering I can't get my tail light working), but for now this is just me saying HI!
