  4. i've heard of people stating differeng bore clearance tolerances for wiseco mate, do some research before you lash out on one...that would be enough to put me off. mervin may be familiar with what I'm saying here

  6. sometimes you can get away with a gentle tap to the float bowl to re-seat the valve, try this to see if you are lucky it sometomes works, dont hit it with anything metallic or you will mark/damage it!
  7. whats overflowing, the carb? if so its more to do with float height setting or a stuck/dirty/worn float valve
  8. for years i have used one of these on mine, i like them more because the cable just plugs on instead of being a fixed 'potted' cable so if the cable breaks It's not a big deal...DT50 i believe

  18. yes but do you know the torque setting, and how are you going to stop the flywheel turning while you tighten it??
  19. the shock will have been changed too unless the width of the original shock bottom pivot was reduced to suit the new arm
  20. hmmm never seen a haynes manual without wiring diag's yet!
  21. how are you going to torque up the flywheel nut to the specified torque this time?
