  1. yeah sounds like you need to strip and clean the carb again paying particular attn to the pilot jet and the bypass hole, use a carb cleaner aerosol and straw...and compressed air if you have it available
  2. your crankcase may be flooded, remove the sparkplug, leave the ignition and fuel tap switched off and then shove it around the street in 3rd gear (with help)...this will expell any excess fuel in the case....Then try again

I dont have condensation under my cover at work, its only a cheap nylon thing...I would try another cover rather than accept my bike would be always wet under it
  4. I would stick with steel if its a wheel spacer, alu is a bit soft and may crush into the wheel axle slot...have it zinc plated post some dimensions
  5. ahh is it coincidence or were you watching the thread I misunderstood and thought it was the torque arm! so he's fixed up now then eh?
  6. i'm unfamiliar with the teikei carb but...always try a couple of brand new plugs before you do anything else

I would be concerned about getting condensation inside my cover...how come? are there no vents? no airgap underneath? you should think about treating the cause...not the symptom

  18. you'll be lucky to find one imo. soldering is your best bet, how come it didnt work then?
  19. not sure ace bars would cut it on a dirt bike, i see your plan and to be honest i can see this giving around 2 inches maximum adjustment with the worry that they could somehow come apart at the cut. How about just having some bar end devices made so that yoy can slide the grip and controls further out. Done well that would be safer in my book
  20. Good news Phil, turn your mixture screw in about 1/2 turn clockwise to see if that helps with the slow return to idle
  21. yep same spot mate, right past the RH side of the building...then keep left and down to the bottom end of the field
