    Only when engine is cold" when warm, it will flood engine, is a engine needs choke to run ,it is too lean, [ too mutch air,] i think you have an air leak,,

    Well" you"ve fixed the choke, cause its starting without spray, take of the air filtre pipe[ rear of carb, feel slide with finger, as you open and close throttle, [few times bike off. ] i think you"ve got sticking slide, start it with pipe off , see what happens , head torch an asset here.

    If your having to keep choke on to run, then its fuel starvation, on the pilot jet system . have you another carb" to swap. so we can illiminate more .
