  1. Hi and welcome! Thought I'd left it late to get into proper bikes, being closer to 40 than I'd prefer! Favourite cars to look out for round my way are Range Rover esque! No hills, but very steep drives!
  2. Welcome! Don't think you can do your profile on the mobile but at the bottom of the home screen you can go direct to the full website.
  3. Lol! What's the problem officer? Speeding? Yes I know.... and half a dozen red lights? Well you see, my clutch cable snapped so I couldn't change gear and then my brakes stopped working........ I thought if I got home quick.....
  4. All you'd have to say is that your brakes weren't working!
  5. Not being an expert myself (previous bikes include a City Express, BMX, several mountain bikes and a Zip 50!) I can only agree that a 'Cruiser' style, of which I believe I can call the SR tells you you're going round a corner too quick when the foot peg scrapes! Surely it's obvious that if you want to compete in the TT races, you don't use a Cruiser?
  6. I am not a mechanic, as will probably be proved by this, but it wouldn't be something as simple as the timing chain tensioner thing?? Mine was a bugger to start until I adjusted mine.
  7. Don't think you need to worry about kids overhearing - it's all in Scottish so ye cannae indersstaan wit the goins on aboo'! øŸ˜ƒ
  8. Very impressive! Wonder what % tint he had on his visor?!?
  9. As long as it doesn't affect other users on here, I'm ok with ignoring spam! I rarely use the laptop and photobucket is a pain to use on mobile (my 4 yr old iPhone 3 anyway!).
  10. Photo sharing is soooo much easier than using photobucket too! (Assuming this is allowed Mr N? - I had a note come up saying some forums don't allow it)
  11. I can't find what size engine this is, but it can only do 14mph! I wonder if they've tried putting a non standard exhaust on it?!?
  12. Fixed your spelling kev Not wishing to sound over critical, but last time I checked, it was spelt P E N I S (or cock)!
  13. That's the type I have. Bought it from eBay. Not heard of the make before - ROCC. The alleged RRP was £90, but the slider is stiff so were being knocked out at £30. As far as I'm concerned the helmet is comfortable, construction is similar to others, maybe not same material for the outer skin. Obviously I hope never to be able to comment on its ability to protect my head but kite marks are there! To buy a helmet with the jet pilot style function for that price albeit with a little stiffness in the morning is ok with me! I think the seller was Ghostbikes_uk
  14. Hi and welcome! Have you tried eBay for a tail tidy?
  15. Bloody hell! Is that what you paid?
  16. There is a sticky in the bar by Mervin showing all the routes.
  17. CBT and bike theory will last for 2 years - CBT around £100, theory around £35 I think. Mod 1 approx. £50?, Mod 2 £80? Apart from the theory a lot of places offer the course including tuition for around £500. Been a couple of months since I investigated as didn't have that amount spare! I may get away without the tuition but am yet to have an expert evaluate! Bippo I think is the most recent full licence owner.
  18. Bit weird, but it has an engine, where's the seat? I wanna go!
  19. Apparently one if the bikers involved in kicking the guy was a copper!
  20. Think I just saw something in settings to do that, but not got my glasses on, so not sure!
  21. Thank you! Didn't know everyone could see that. Think it's sorted now.
  22. Just sneezed - where do I get me some of them???! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
