I'm no mechanic so only guessing. Does she rev up when on the stand?

I'm not familiar with the Majesty, but when I had a Piaggio scooter I had a similar problem. There was a simple screw below the seat (just above the carb) which needed adjusting. I know it was a carb setting which affected the mid and high revs. Mine was only a 50cc. If there isn't this screw, have you had the carb apart - could be one of the jets is blocked??

I've got a hard topbox on my SR. It's a Givi 40ish litres. Holds a good amount. Also got some over the seat saddle bags which means I can go for a long ride and get almost a weeks shopping on board. Keeps SWMBO happy after being allowed out to play

Also good here near Duxford. Dry and sunny. Took the long way home from work
