Squires 2014 Special Ed T-shirts, Anyone?
I wouldn't say so - your RD flew off at last years Squires! And then we got lost... Cuddly is what you are Kev - and yes I still owe you a drink from last year! Oh and I'm sure Foamy would agree with me on the 'cuddly' statement, ha ha!!

Anyone manage to get out today?
Yeah I managed a ride out! Had to pop into the office, but I took the scenic (non motorway) route, which only is a 100 mile round trip alone. Then went around Snake Pass, Winnats Pass and a few other 'side' roads before dropping back into Glossop. 200 miles in total - very happy with the glorious weather!

My Bobber project
Ooh, both sound good Noise! I think either of them would work well with your bike. If you want a more 'completed' look then perhaps white all over with black pin stripes. But I am intrigued by the bare metal tank.

Lovely Valentines card
It would be a dull old world out there Mike if we can't have a laugh at the small things... And Foamy... Sure Kev will have you covered on that front.

In addition to Drewpy's comments, also omit the full stop after 'YOC 5th Annual Meet'.

Squires 2014 Special Ed T-shirts, Anyone?
Agreed DDT, whoever orders these needs it to be as painless as possible and to also know that they will be reimbursed by those who say yes. Thanks for offering. As I mentioned before, happy to go with whatever colour and style, so will just go with the majority. Please put me down as a definite, I'll pay - promise!

YBR 125 strange noise on open throttle
Did you check to see if the chain was too tight? Like I said, that was the cause on my YBR - brand new biker, getting a little too enthusiastic about chain maintenance! My symptoms were exactly as you describe it, but soon realised where I went wrong once I'd taken another look at the chain.

That's true, I'm surprised you guys are letting me rock up on such a bike... I like Drewpy's mock-up, count me in for sure.

All sounds good to me. I'll go for whatever colour you guys fancy, doesn't bother me.

Picked the bike up today
It's the salt and filth on our roads at this time of year DT - my bike looks the same. You can wash it and it's back to disgusting again in no time.

Ahh and yes - this sounds like a plan. I suppose it would help to understand a little about the printers? I'm assuming the t-shirts will be printed and not stitched? Also - any idea what the charges would be for more than one colour / front & back printing / additional usernames if people want that? As a bear minimum I think we should have something like 'Yamaha Owners Club 2014 Meet' and the Yammy logo on the front or back. Then if we wanted, people could pay extra for their username. With regards to a drawing or something, I could ask my other half as they are an artist, but not really a digital artist which is what I think we'd need for a t-shirt print. Plus they are kind of busy with some other (paid) projects at the mo. If people have an idea though, I can ask.

I'll tell you now - me without a top isn't a pretty sight. People will keep confusing me for Kev... The only way to tell us apart will he who jumps in Foamy's tent at night. Hint: the one who'll be carrying knee pads... Ha ha ha!

YBR 125 strange noise on open throttle
Might have over-tightened your chain? I did that once by accident on my YBR and the result was a ticking noise when moving.

DR sixfiddy
What are you doing to do about the ironing board on the back? I *think* it's the rack? Ha ha! Kidding! More than welcome on here, hell I'm chugging about on a Triumph for Pete's sake, and not yet been told to do one. It is a smart looking bike for its age - sure you'll get plenty of help from this bunch. Would agree with Drewpy though, try and keep it as standard as possible. It has a cool look to it.

Sr doing up
Great photos! I was out today, perfect weather for it. Now have a massive grin on my face while I install a fender extender to keep grime to a minimum on my precious down pipes! You've done a great job in bringing life back to the SR, but I am jealous you got to ride out with your dad, ha ha!

She probably doesn't want to take a piccy of her "little beauty" for you bunch of pervs...! Ha ha!

Count me in - agreed that something like Fruit Of The Loom would be better quality than Vistaprint.

Then and Now
Thanks Paul - mind you that picture was taken before a full re-spray (same colour), twin tank installation, new fog lights and chrome. I will own another when I have a garage to store it in!

Then and Now
Have only been able to find one photo of me anywhere near a bike, and that's from 2005. Taken in Portugal on a DT we hired: Oh back 'then' - those were the days! Not a care in the world, and this was my pride and joy, lovingly restored: Now it's all mortgages, responsibility and a 'practical' car, ha ha!

close call
WTF?!!! My heart stopped multiple times watching that... Love the acceleration at the end of the video - escaping the shame...
