    New toy!

Street Triple, a hooligans bike, well done Bipps
  5. Noise Firstly congrats on your news, secondly, the better half doesn't need to run, walking is fine. My wife has done the Glasgow RFL for the last 4 or 5 years, never run yet and every year ends in me picking her and her pals up from the pub at the end of the night Donation done mate
  6. Steph Bike It in Paisley would be my recommendation. My son went through them and I found them to be very good at what they do. At the time it was £60 for a two hour lesson, using their bike so it may be cheaper on your own bike (he had his sr125 but didnt want to use that). I can state they are not rip off merchants and my evidence it this. My mate in work was doing direct access with them and although it was individual lessons he had booked, when the cost reached the amount an intensive course would have cost, his remaining lessons were free. Fair enough he only had 2 more lessons until his test but their honesty and integrity shone through. Numan I get this referendum shit every day up here, please leave it off the boards, pleeeaaassseee

    Big boy test

I am the same age group as the auld farts above and just done the 'ride around the block' test, but I put my son through the training programme and am glad I did. If all schools are the same then you can book individual lessons and if you're as good as you think then the instructor will book your test earlier.
  8. Well here's a few gratuitous shots just for you, and apologies to those not interested in boats and a couple of big 'boats' Lastly one for Mike

  17. Firstly confirm it is the fuel tap (disconnect the fuel pipe from the tap and see if it still leaks) then order a gasket set for that. Easily done and save yourself a few drachma
  18. Well done Numan, now I would suggest you remove Bobs number before he starts getting called by all sort of weirdos

    Bobber Project

    As noise says Higher Risers
  22. "Tried to start it today and it fired up fine except only on one cylinder, I tested the coil by switching it with the other one then tried to trace the wires back 1st wire only went back along the loom a short way before it split back to the other coil" Tommy It's probably me, but I cant see any outcome to the coil switch. Did the other cylinder spark up
  23. My best story was the auld guy who got injured in the leg. He told his mates to go on without him, so he was left with two German prisoners, one with a bad stomach wound. The guy then says that as the Germans wound was worse than his, he gave him, the German, his own supply of morphine. Anyway along came a German patrol and start beating him about a bit until the the other German prisoner explained that the Tommy had given his mate the morphine. He says the whole attitude changed and he was looked after from that point. The auld guy finished off his story with 'a bit of kindness saved my life'
  24. Goathland and the roads surrounding Fylindales always appeal to me
  25. Good intro mate, welcome to the nuthouse
