    Is this possible

I think you would have to seriously mod the backend of the frame. If you can get an r1 frame you could cut the back off and tig it to the yzf frame. And another thing is there isnt room for the exhaust to come up between the engine and frame like on the r1. so you might as well keep the r1 frame in one piece and try to make a yzf conversion. BUT in defence i believe anything is possible, but it might not be worth the while due to a hell of amount of time needed, and a major fat wallet

    RAMMED by a car!

Yeah i know what your saying, ive obviously been going at crazy speeds i shouldnt, but there are places where you can be stupid without killing anyone else. I wouldnt dream of doing excess of 100mph in a 40. Like i say there is a time and a place for speeding. We all speed as that is part of having a bike
  8. Just to say it has been soooooooooooo hot down here, probably too hard as the tarmac might rip off  probably bit of an excaggeration
  9. Well i havent been out on my bike  as i had to go to church  And no religion is not me at all, however i was a godparent at my sisters christening today. Yep there is a 23 year gap between us  At least i wil be able to perv over her friends when shes older
  10. If the plastics look extraordinary good, check out for any tale tale hints that the bike has been raced, look out for any marks on the frame etc. Make sure the wheels are inline, check for general damage clues i suppose is the main thing

    RAMMED by a car!

Just have to say my friends sister and her mates died in her car when a bike hit her a few years ago. She pulled out of a junction in the path of oncoming bikes as she didnt see them. The bikes were thought to be travelling at around 150mph according to the police report. The first bike which hit, cut the car in half and exploded. His sister was not found so to speak, the police explained the speed of the bike and the such small surface area basically made it a missile which exploded on collision. The second rider missed the car but come off, they found the other rided seriously injured in a hedge the next day as they didnt realise there were two bikes involved. Its riders like this who make us bike riders get the abuse and bad names

    D-DAY

    D-DAY

What does the “D” in D-Day stand for? The “D” does not stand for "Deliverance", "Doom", "Debarkation" or similar words. In fact, it does not stand for anything. The “D” is derived from the word "Day". “D-Day” means the day on which a military operation begins. The term "D-Day" has been used for many different operations, but it is now generally only used to refer to the Allied landings in Normandy on 6 June 1944. Why was the expression "D-Day" used? When a military operation is being planned, its actual date and time is not always known exactly. The term "D-Day" was therefore used to mean the date on which operations would begin, whenever that was to be. The day before D-Day was known as "D-1", while the day after D-Day was "D+1", and so on. This meant that if the projected date of an operation changed, all the dates in the plan did not also need to be changed. This actually happened in the case of the Normandy Landings. D-Day in Normandy was originally intended to be on 5 June 1944, but at the last minute bad weather delayed it until the following day. The armed forces also used the expression "H-Hour" for the time during the day at which operations were to begin. http://www.ddaymuseum.co.uk/
