Assuming you have done all the jobs so far correctly. Does it bog at standstill or when trying to ride? At what part of the rev range does it bog and does it clear at any point?

Normally 3/8 or 1/2 inch drives and look at the torque range, it is very important as; too low and you wont get it tight enough; too high and you will strip thread.

Easy to use. They come in different ranges and fitting sizes so make sure you get one that is within the range you need and has a fitting that will fit on any existing sockets. Normally dialed in at the bottom, they click when the correct torque is set and "break" if you try and over tighten. Remember to wind out the wrench after use to maintain it's accuracy (loosen the adjuster at the bottom). Normally come with a guide to convert different measurements so between pound feet, newton metres etc.

Most bolts can be replaced with stainless ones - be careful if any are high tensile. I would remove the swingarm and do it properly. Failing that, rub down, coat with something like Jenolite or Furtan (look on fleabay). paint with a brush version of Hammerite direct to rust smooth.

These communications are normally started by people who can't hack anybody. I think they get off on seeing if it goes global. A bit like Chinese whispers. I prefer Linux on servers.

I would rub the parts down, spray with a plastic primer, spray with a colour and then finish with a lacquer.

I think this was answered in a previous post of yours The most likely causes are; the carb is not assembled properly or you have an airleak. High revs with them slowly coming down and not idling properly are classics airleak symptoms. Try and keep the same issues in one thread as people can read the full history and see what has been suggested and what has been eliminated. Running a 2 stroke lean will hole the piston.

10 minutes to fit too, John. Cheers. 9 miles - If you look at the last picture the total mileage is under the large 0 (MPH display). I didn't get a chance to ride it today.
