  1. Hi and welcome to the forum. My brother owns a flat and part share in a bar in Malta.
  2. Great intro and start to the forum dave. Don't you just love it when "the govner" agrees!!. I used to go to junior school and live in carlshalton. RST are alright. Weise and spada are another 2 brands with a good reputation. Look at Oxford for security chains and the likes. I use the hardcore and nemesis ranges. Good luck

  6. If the speedo is in KM's then it may be a European import so no import duty. Call Yamaha UK with the frame number and they will tell you what country it came from. LINKY

  18. Hi and welcome to the forum.
  19. Understood. That makes it difficult then!
  20. Glad you got it sorted. The way to instal the starter without the case on is to run a couple of nuts up the starter bolts and use them to space the distance.
  21. That is not quite what I meant Neo. I understand the "tariff" system but am not sure of any reconciliation back to individual insurance claims. My, limited, understanding is that the PCT's/Commissioning body pays based on the patient record coding. We get patients for local private plastic surgeons where something has gone wrong mid surgery and they are quickly sent to "us". I don't think that we send them a bill. The only chargeback I know is if a patient is not entitled to NHS treatment (ie a visitor to the country) and then we struggle to get any cash back for them. Airhead - yep mate.
  22. Sounds like something is pinching when the cases go on. There is a directional starter clutch behind the rotor. With the kickstart gears and cases off but the starter in and the plug out then the starter should turn the engine. This assumes the push in gear test was successful as it seems in a previous post. If it doesn't then where the starter gear locates will be the part jamming. When you locate the starter can you see which cog it locates onto? I guess pictures would help and also what you have removed to change the clutch to make sure that all of the cogs have been put back the right way around and are locating properly.
  23. Hi and welcome to the forum.
