Change the bulb. They are called "stop & tail". 2 lights in one bulb. That is normally the problem. Hello, by the way!

Have you tried searching google images Mike? On the standard google page, top left there is a link to search just images. As for pensions, they can't get rid of us old'ens in most cases due to age discrimination. At the moment my retirement age has shifted to 66 but I have a work pension set to kick in at 60. I will have to defer it as they will take a big chunk in tax and they get enough off me already. Oh, and my partner, GF, other half, person is 10 years younger than be, so there :-)

The way they keep pushing the pensions back, I wouldn't be too sure mate. And somethings I just don't really (really) want to know!!

That is a right, royal Pain in the a***. Glad you could salvage it. I got the dreaded crinkle on the last piece of the TS. I had to strip it right back. I must say that there is a distinct lack of pictures for this project John!!

This made me think. Will Carole Nash (and other insurers) still insure bikes in Scotland if the Scottish people vote to leave the UK? Would a bike brought in Scotland have to be re registered and shown as an import if brought by someone in NI, Wales or England?? Tis a funny old world.

Valve clearance adjustment should be made with the engine cool, at room temperature. When the valve clearance is to be measured or adjusted, the piston must be at Top Dead Center (T.D.C.) on the compression stroke. Take the plug out and when you turn the engine the compression stroke is when the piston is rising (air coming out).

Specs for a SR125 - if it helps Ignition timing (B.T.D.C.) 9 deg at 1,300 r/min Advanced timing 29 deg at 5,500 r/min Valve clearance (cold): Intake valve 0.05 to 0.09 mm Exhaust valve 0.11 to 0.15 mm

I am not sure if these were officially imported into the UK. The ex valve is the one towards the front of the bike and the in valve is to the rear. I have the tappet and other specs for the sr125 I can post when I get home but I am not sure if these are the same. It may help though.
