Are you losing any water from the system? If you look at the oil, is there a white "mayo" type of slime floating on it?

+1 Not bike specific but most run on a timer even with the key out.

Elements destroying my my bike
Keep way from the brakes with any of them. I do the same as Merv with the GT85, spray some on and then rub over with a rag. I spray the engine too and it smell great as it burns off. As an aside, you will get condensation issues with a metal shed. condensed water will drip from the roof.

Yes to the sidestand LINKY It may share with the FS1E The universal type clamps to the bottom of the frame which would be difficult/impossible on a YB
