which old duffers remember this.
I must be a real old duffer then. I can even remember the advert for a Credit card company when some bloke got out of his office and went down a sliding tube thingy and bought a few things on the way home using his credit card. The background music was from the Bellamy Brothers "Let your love flow"

My one rule to anybody getting on the back of the bike is. Don't get on or off the bike until I say so. Otherwise you will lose the balance and possibly tip over.

I served someone famous today!
I could say I think I sat opposite Ronnie Barker on the train back to my ship when I was in the "Andrew" Also, I could say when I was served a pint by the barmaid in the bar in the NAAFI in Faslane her sister was a friend of "Lulu" Also, there is a very, very well known tv celebrity living in my wife's parents village which does not wish to be known but is a pillar to the community.

Hi TC, As you have already gathered this is a very friendly forum, almost a family community type of forum, we don't like "one hit wonders" So, all we ask is that, as you already have is just introduce yourself before asking questions. Welcome to the forum Trikercat. By the way, where is Aberdeen? is it the oil capitol of Scotland?
