Hi all thought i would add abit on here me and a few mates went for a rideout.Left on friday 9th came back yesterday and plodded along at our on pace was great went from Lowestoft to the yorkshire moors over the humber bridge what a view then just took the coast roads back and 600 miles later we were back home.The weather was brilliant couldnt have been any better.Mate has a few pics and ill add some on later when i get them.Loads of bikes about and if any of you passed us on the moors (we were doing 40mph as sight seeing) then hi as most did pass us and some on the bends bloody mad .So just to finish off great weekend,great weather,on bike and no wife and kids can it get any better I DONT THINK SO. I would have liked the wife and kids there honest

Im in Lowestoft 10 miles from Gt Yarmouth would be good to meet up with new faces.

Hi all i am heading to the BMF very soon with the wife and kids and will be looking out for a new chain and sprocket kit for my thundercat not done anything like this before and check out the manual and says i need an endless chain but it seems the one i have on there at the moment is a split DID one my question is should i go for the endless one or just get another DID split one only this would be easier otherwise its off with the swing arm.I havnt had any problems with the chain which is on there so should be ok or not?? Hi all yes i had insurance but he reckons coz of the plate and pipe that would make my insurance void as they are not road legal.As for the plate mine wasnt really small bout 1/2 smaller numbers than original ones.Still should of known better i guess well i did but that pipe sounds soooooooo good(blue flame twin outlets) but i have a plan for that nudge nudge say no more got plate will stick it on in the morning and standard end can for the moment anyway i wont let them grind me down ill be back on the road tomorrow

Went out of the bike today after the wife and kids popped out so hey a couple of hours playing i thought.Well was out for 3 hours nearly just riding around no place to go and started to head home when out of nowhere the blue lights start flashing behind me. 1.Number plate to small 2.Race can exhaust 3.Hence the above then tells me i have no insaurance 4.Overtaking move(well the car moved and i over took nothing wrong i thought apparently i was abit quick passed the speed limit for the road i was on 40mph easy done i think but hey) Shit im in trouble help me lord i thought but he was ok as he was a biker aswell and said ill just put down about the plate but i have told you about the others £30 fine and no points could of been alot worse i guess but the piss take is i got a new plate made yesterday ready for me to put on for MOT on friday how gutted am i if only i had put it on today but its so BLOODY BIG and UGLY oh well guess its gonna have to be added now.

Thanks for the kind words guys but i didnt do all the touches as bought it like this last year all i have done is polished up a few bits and plated a few others to brighten it up abit more.When i saw it i knew i had to have it just said buy me buy me now so i did and never looked back.

Pete let me shed some light on this matter i have been looking at the pictures very carefully and even search the net for answers to this mind boggeling question to what this is and after considering all the options i have come up with the answer mate. Its a motorbike

I really dont mind where ever you prefere to meet up is fine ill leave it up to you to make your mind up and 10am meet is ok too. My little girl is going to be bike mad or is bike mad i should say taking her out again this saturday cant keep her off it now the only trouble is the wife wants to go as well but as some one has to look after the kids looks like toni wins ever time.She has ask for a pair of trousers,boots and gloves like mine for her birthday next month as she already has the crash helmet and jacket.It is nice that she wants to be apart of it and my little lad has already said he wants to have ago later on when hes bigger(5 a moment). I will ask a couple of others about monday at my work aswell. Keep your fingers crossed about the weather and ill catch up with you on monday morning. laters damo

Hi dawn i have got my bits for bike and is all back together and running great.My little girl loved it on her first ride out at weekend.Anyway this weekend is gonna be a problem got a couple of kiddies partys to go to you know how it is dads taxi service but im free on the bank holiday monday if thats any good for you let me know and we can sort something out. laters damo

Hi dawn not a problem i cant make it sat morning as i have promised my little girl i would take her for a little rideout (her 1st one she is 7 years old) so we will leave it this week then and ill see what i have on the calender(if the wife lets me out to play again i mean) and get back intouch. laters damo

Your not the only one at the moment bike less mate waiting on a few parts and as its holidays there still in the bloody post so instead me and the family went down the beach to chill out and can you believe it the wife only got me a meduim ice cream wasnt happy i can tell you was jumping up and down stamping my feet kicking the sand about.If my kids didnt eat theirs so quick ill have nicked them Happy easter mate

Yeh sounds good we will be coming in like you said then will turn onto the A47 dual carriageway.Ill have a word with a few of the others aswell during the week.As for times shall we say 11am at layby?? but i really dont mind what ever the time but need to sort it out before thursday for me to confirm with the others at work on friday so we know where we are meeting before we then to catch up with you.Have fun on your working holiday. laters and happy easter to you too

Hi Dawn sorry cant make monday as my bits aint turned up yet and dont fancy riding with no back brake been told they are in the post so looks like it will be tuesday before i see them.What about next weekend say the sunday weather permitting of course we could meet you in norwich then you can take us on your little tour. damo

thanks for that mervin maybe later in the year but thinking of a few hundred miles not too much for first run out thought about just heading down the coast abit more.

Me and a couple of mates are going out on the bikes at the begining of June has anyone got any good places we can head to? We are leaving on the friday 2nd and heading back on the sunday 4th leaving from Lowestoft (east anglia no jade thats not abroad).. Any ideas anyone cheers Sir Tom

Sorry mate guess what even the boss couldnt get them sorted out right might have had something to do with the fact the prat forgot they were in the tank and they were in for an hour instead of 40mins so back to the garage for some more polishing and im just gonna stick with that its easier. Now off to work on her new oil,antifreeze a good clean then im ready for the open road cant wait its been a month now without the bike
