I have a bath once a year, wether I need it or not. I think you should have your bike serviced (fullly) in a similar fashion.

My Big Bruvvers TDM, comfiest bike he ever had I'm told. Fast enough for anyone in the real world, surprisingly good handling. His mate was 5' 8" and had no problem when they used to swap bikes for the afternoon.

I think the dealer that serviced your bike should be ashamed, 180 beer tokens and they never cleaned/replaced the air filter (A vital part of a service) shocking. Bollock them up hill and down dale - demand a free service for next year, if you don't get it then at least it's a place to start bargaining for the recompense you deserve!

Hein Gericke, or whatever they are called, wouldn't sell me a visor despite me buying helmet from them, not to mention boots, trousers, gloves, neck warmer, locks and more. So I went to a proper bike shop and bought a new helmet. Never spending a penny with them ever again. Manager was, and I suspect still is, a dick.

I had a shirt and tie dude in a BM just pull straight out onto a roundabout in front of me. He was on his phone and following a tractor, not ONCE did he deign to glance in the direction of oncoming traffic that he was duty bound to give way to. ie. from the right. I, obviously, had seen the situation a mile off and was in control enough to put my front wheel 1 metre away from his wound down window and then blast my horn virtually inside his car! He shit himself, dropped his phone and began apologising. . . at which I gave him the coffee beans/Gareth Hunt gesture (ask your dad). There's a lot of it about.

After a pigeon rudely headbutted my new screen before bouncing into my helmet visor (ruining both in the process). . . Back to the old Yamaha screen
