that's what i did, the front is a lot firmer, but now we have pot holes after winter it does patter a bit more. never bothered with drilling the damper rods etc, i suppose it could make a difference.

no 5 mins tops, i got photoshop

looks like tank and seat unit from "the tank shop" nice bike though, should visit deus ex machina site for more SR goodies

yep, but you'll have to use 400 pistons and head/rocker cover. why not cut the fins? I know it sounds sacrelige, but i recon its do-able

it'l be a 360 then, round barrels came after the D models and usually were "custom" type of bike!!
